Obviously in that case no refund will be issued. Make sure you obtain the require KPC and attach it to the shipment. This office is also authorized in issuing the ‘Kimberley Process Certificate (KPC)’. KPC is a proof of the legitimacy of the diamond that it is conflict free and is coming from the legitimate source and that it is not a blood diamond.

We at QualityDiam are in full compliance with the Kimberley Process Certificate Scheme under the resolutions passed by the United Nations.
