This office is also authorized in issuing the Kimberley Process Certificate (KPC). KPC is a proof of the legitimacy of the diamond that it is conflict free and is coming from the legitimate source and that it is not a blood diamond.

The diamond(s) is accompanied by a Kimberley Process certificate if shipped out of European Zone Countries.
