Obviously in that case no refund will be issued. Make sure you obtain the require KPC and attach it to the shipment. In some countries, an individual person may not be eligible obtaining this certificate. KPCS COMPLIANCE STATEMENT:

Each diamond shipped to outside of European Zone, is passing through AWDC, so called Diamond Office which is governed by the Belgian Federal Government (Ministry) where the shipment is being controlled for its nature and value. This office is also authorized in issuing the Kimberley Process Certificate (KPC). KPC is a proof of the legitimacy of the diamond that it is conflict free and is coming from the legitimate source and that it is not a blood diamond.

We at QualityDiam are in full compliance with the Kimberley Process Certificate Scheme under the resolutions passed by the United Nations. The diamond(s) is accompanied by a Kimberley Process certificate if shipped out of European Zone Countries.
