Minimum Order Requirement
QualityDiam only processes orders with a minimum cart total of $1500 USD. Orders with a cart total below $1500 cannot be processed and may be automatically canceled.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping destinations
We ship to Belgium and across the European Union, as well as internationally. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
- Belgium: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — check our store for current promotions.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.
Customs, import duties & tariffs
For orders shipped outside Belgium, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable tariffs are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local customs authority or carrier upon delivery.
QualityDiam has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and product type. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about applicable fees.
QualityDiam is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any packages held by customs due to unpaid duties or tariffs.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@qualitydiam.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
