Polished Diamonds:
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We’ll let you know how to return your purchase.
You may return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund or an exchange.
Shipping& Handling Charges + $7.00 of restocking charges will be deducted from your Payment.
After receiving the item in a satisfied manner, we’ll issue the refund within 2 working days to the same email account with PayPal, where the payment was originally received from.

Rough (Uncut) Diamonds:
Returning from the European Community Member State country:

(Other than the European Community Member State country).
YOU MUST OBTAIN THE KIMBERLY PROCESS CERTIFICATE
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery if you want to return your purchase(s) and we'll let you know where and how to send it.
Strict rules and regulations set under the resolutions passed by the United Nations, returning rough diamonds requires you (a buyer) to obtain Kimberley Process Certificate (KPC) issued by your country.
WARNING: Returning rough diamond(s) without obtaining the required KPC is illegal and will result in seizure/confiscation of the diamond(s) by the authorities either in your country or in transit or in Belgium. Obviously in that case no refund will be issued.
Make sure you obtain the require KPC and attach it to the shipment. In some countries, an individual person may not be eligible obtaining this certificate.
We suggest you to make an advance inquiry (before you buy an item) with your country’s government authority on how to obtain the KPC. Please contact us for more details, if required.
